Fidelity ADT Data Capturers – 6-Month Contract Company Overview: Fidelity Security Group, specifically within the Fidelity ADT Division, is a leading force in the security and investigations industry. Located in Gauteng, the business unit (FADT – Gauteng) is currently offering a dynamic opportunity for an entry-level Order Entry Data Capturer on a 6-month contract basis.
Position Details:

- Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (overtime may be required)

The core responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely capturing and processing of all client service-related information. The individual in this role will play a pivotal part in maintaining the integrity of client data, which is critical to the overall success of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Excel and computer literacy are essential
- Listener experience is an advantage
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Strong organizational and supervisory capabilities
- Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Capturing:
- Receive contracts, costing sheets, and quotations from the admin coordinator to accurately capture client information.
- Ensure that all documentation is captured meticulously, maintaining the consistency and accuracy of the company database.
- Capture and file client application forms (CAF) daily.
- Guarantee the accuracy of data entered on the Listener system.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Communicate promptly with the admin coordinator regarding any discrepancies found in contracts or quotations.
- Work closely with the technical coordinator to schedule client appointments based on captured information.
- Provide customer information to dealers to initiate installation and service processes.
- Client and Internal Queries:
- Address both internal and external customer queries within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure that all original contracts, combined with client application forms, are submitted to the auditor on a daily basis.
- Make Due Diligence calls to verify dealer client contracts and relay the information to Dealer Administrators.
- Invoicing & Database Management:
- Review and identify errors in invoices before delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure billing procedures are free of errors.
- Assist in refining billing procedures to prevent recurring issues.
- Compliance and Targets:
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal disciplinary codes.
- Uphold the Big 5 principles at all times and work to meet agreed-upon departmental and business unit targets.
