Finance Internship at South African National Parks The South African National Parks (SANParks) is offering a Finance Internship for graduates passionate about finance and conservation. This program provides hands-on experience within the finance division of SANParks. Interns will be exposed to various financial functions, preparing them for roles in the finance sector while learning how financial management supports the conservation efforts of SANParks.

SANParks is offering a fantastic opportunity for unemployed graduates to gain valuable experience in finance through their Finance Internship Programme. This one-year internship provides a monthly stipend of R6,030.70 and is based at the SANParks Head Office in Groenkloof National Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Participate in financial audits and reviews.
  • Gain exposure to various finance functions within a national organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Unemployed South African citizen aged 18-35.
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6/NQF 7) in Finance or a related field from a South African Public Higher Education Institution.
  • No prior employment or internship experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
