As a Call Centre Agent at FNB, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving their issues via phone, email, and live chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining FNB’s reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries across various channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about FNB’s products and services.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal procedures.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Matric (essential)
  • 1+ years of experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy
