Job Overview: The Flash Call Centre Agent role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service. Agents are responsible for handling customer complaints, providing detailed product and service information, and resolving issues efficiently. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and fax, ensuring their queries are answered professionally. This role also involves processing orders, selling products, and routing calls to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Deal effectively with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers.
  • Enter and update customer information.
  • Process orders with accuracy.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
  • Sell products to customers and route calls to the right resources.
  • Follow up on customer queries as needed.
  • Complete attendance registers and meet commitments to customers.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Essential:
    • Matric qualification.
    • Proficiency in African languages such as Xhosa, Zulu, Venda, Sotho, or Tshona.
  • Skills:
    • At least six months of experience in a call centre environment.
    • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Attributes:
    • Ability to listen and respond effectively to customer queries.
    • Perfect telephone etiquette.
    • Capability to handle irate customers and multitask efficiently.
