Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that FlySafair passengers have a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes.
  • Explaining rules, terms and conditions, and airline regulations.
  • Managing customer queries related to flight disruptions and cancellations.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Addressing and resolving complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the Supervisor on duty.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service consistently.

Essential Job Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Prior experience in airport operations and ticket sales is essential.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
