Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that FlySafair passengers have a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes.
- Explaining rules, terms and conditions, and airline regulations.
- Managing customer queries related to flight disruptions and cancellations.

- Escalating unresolved issues to the Supervisor on duty.

Essential Job Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience in airport operations and ticket sales is essential.
