As a Cleaner at FlySafair, your main responsibilities will include the maintenance of designated facility areas, ensuring they remain clean and hygienic. Key duties include:
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and washing various areas, including restrooms and kitchens.
- Notifying the Facilities department of any deficiencies or required repairs.
- Cooperating with team members to ensure continuous service without interruptions.
- Following all health and safety regulations diligently.
- Ensuring that sufficient stock levels of staff refreshments and consumables are maintained for allocated departments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Cleaner position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Grade 12 qualification or its equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Cleaner is advantageous.
- The ability to assist with ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Knowledge of acceptable cleaning practices, including the use of standard cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Basic understanding of general hygiene practices.
