Key Responsibilities
- Participate in both institutionalized and on-the-job training as per learnership and company standards.

- Drive key performance factors like Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and timeframes while providing process improvement suggestions.
- Engage in production support and maintain communication with peers and supervisors.
- Maintain integrity in all tasks and identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Criteria
- Complete a prescribed training schedule to achieve competence.
- Rotate across shifts for extensive exposure.
- Successfully complete the learnership within the allocated time.
