Key Responsibilities
As a GIF Analyst Learnership participant, your core duties will include:
- Building and applying financial models using the FAST (Flexible, Appropriate, Structured, Transparent) financial modelling standard in Microsoft Excel.
- Performing model assurance through shadow modelling — a rigorous process where tested templates are used to evaluate client financial models.
- Reviewing key project documents, including credit agreements, tax reports, accounting summaries, and financial mechanisms.
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of internal audit procedures and modelling processes.
- Interacting with a range of stakeholders, including financiers, developers, government institutions, and professional advisors in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Minimum Requirements
