Tasks
As an HR Graduate, you will be expected to contribute to various HR and Organisational Development functions, including:
- Coordinating and supporting organisational development (OD) practices
- Participating in HR and OD-related projects
- Compiling reports and documentation for HR initiatives
- Providing relevant employee training sessions when required
- Supporting internal communications and coordination across HR functions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR strategies
Qualifications
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following educational and screening requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Registration as a Psychometrist will be an added advantage
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must not have previously participated in a graduate programme
Experience
This is an entry-level graduate opportunity. No prior work experience is required. However, candidates must demonstrate:
