The HR Graduate Programme is structured to provide advanced workplace exposure within the Human Resources environment. As a participant, you will work closely with experienced HR professionals and engage in real-world applications of human resource theories and practices.

Tasks

As an HR Graduate, you will be expected to contribute to various HR and Organisational Development functions, including:

  • Coordinating and supporting organisational development (OD) practices
  • Participating in HR and OD-related projects
  • Compiling reports and documentation for HR initiatives
  • Providing relevant employee training sessions when required
  • Supporting internal communications and coordination across HR functions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR strategies

Qualifications

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following educational and screening requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Registration as a Psychometrist will be an added advantage
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must not have previously participated in a graduate programme

Experience

This is an entry-level graduate opportunity. No prior work experience is required. However, candidates must demonstrate:
