Gijima System Support Learnerships – Midrand, 2025 The Systems Support Learnership at Gijima is a structured programme designed to equip learners with practical skills in IT support. Participants will gain both theoretical and hands-on workplace experience to prepare them for employment in the ICT sector.

Minimum Entry Requirements

To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must not be enrolled in any other learnership or internship
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be under the age of 35 as of 1 June 2025
  • Must reside in Gauteng, preferably near Midrand
  • Must have no criminal record
  • Must have completed Matric (NQF Level 4)
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have foundational skills in English and Mathematics

  • Interest and passion in Information Technology, particularly in networking and system support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with users and colleagues in a professional environment
