Role Responsibility

  • Overseeing the storage, stacking, and issuance of explosives to ensure strict compliance with all applicable legislation and company standards.
  • Managing stock levels and carrying out regular stocktaking procedures to identify discrepancies or potential safety risks.

Effective Management of Business Development Function:

In addition to managing the operational and safety elements of the magazine, the Magazine Master is also responsible for contributing to business development by identifying and recommending improvements to existing processes. This will involve:

  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in explosives handling and stock control.
  • Proactively recommending and implementing changes to improve operational safety and performance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and compliance across the organization.
