What is the Golden Arrow Bus Driver Skills Programme for Women 2025?

The Golden Arrow Professional Bus Driver Skills Programme is a three-year structured training initiative designed to empower women to become certified Golden Arrow duty bus drivers. The programme combines practical driving experience, professional instruction, and mentorship within the company to build long-term careers in the transport sector.

Programme Duration and Benefits

The Golden Arrow Bus Driver Skills Programme for Women 2025 runs over a three-year period. During this time, learners will gain hands-on training, theoretical instruction, and exposure to the professional working environment within one of South Africa’s leading passenger transport companies.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for consideration, applicants must:

• Be unemployed South African citizens from previously disadvantaged ethnic groups
• Be aged between 22 and 30 years
• Hold a Grade 12 certificate or higher qualification
• Have no criminal record
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not compulsory

Role Responsibility

Participants in the programme will:
