What You’ll Be Doing


As a Graduate in Training at ABB, you will gain cross-functional experience across multiple departments within the Process Automation Business Area. This is a hybrid work opportunity that allows you to divide your time between learning at an educational institution and on-the-job training at ABB. You will be exposed to both technical and corporate environments depending on the stream you’re selected for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency by monitoring order status and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Identifying process improvement areas and implementing innovative solutions
  • Participating in internal meetings and training sessions to stay current with company best practices
  • Following instructions, applying newly acquired skills, and proactively seeking feedback for continuous development
  • Collaborating with teams to implement business solutions that drive results

You will gain practical experience in the following departments:

  • Corporate Marketing & Communications – Branding, public relations, and event coordination
  • Supply Chain Management & Logistics – End-to-end transport and logistics operations
  • Human Resource Management – Employee lifecycle, payroll, and industrial relations
  • Finance & Accounting – Business controlling, accounts payable, and financial reporting
