Introduction
Lesedi Local Municipality is offering internship opportunities to unemployed South African graduates within its Finance Department. These internships run for 24 months and are designed to give young professionals practical experience and workplace exposure. Minimum Requirements
For Financial Management Interns:
- Matric plus a 3-year Degree/Diploma (BCom/BTech) in:
- Economics
- Accounting
- Auditing
- Risk Management
- Computer literacy is essential
- 0–1 year relevant experience
For Internal Audit Interns:
- Matric plus a 3-year Degree/National Diploma (BCom/BTech) in:
- Cost and Management Accounting
- Financial Accounting
- Forensic Auditing or Auditing
- Risk Management
- Information Systems or IT (BSc IT)
- A Higher Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, or Honours will be an added advantage
- 0–1 year relevant experience

Financial Management Interns:

Internal Audit Interns:
