Minimum Requirements
To be considered for General Worker positions or learnership opportunities, applicants should meet the following:
- Relevant work experience for your chosen role (advantageous but not compulsory)

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- South African citizenship
- Commitment to completing a 12-month training and work programme
Role Responsibility
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting site operations as general workers

- Following safety protocols and procedures
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness on construction sites
- Operating under supervision in accordance with Group Five standards
- Participating in structured training sessions and practical assignments
