The Heineken Global Graduate Programme offers a three-year structured path for young professionals eager to make a mark in the industry. This programme consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, across key business areas such as:

After completing the rotations, you will have the opportunity to spend the next 18 months working in a role within your home operating company in Johannesburg or Stellenbosch, South Africa.
