Minimum Requirements:

To qualify for this engineering trainee opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Tertiary qualification (Degree or BTech) in BSc Engineering
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have strong academic performance throughout their tertiary studies
  • Be computer literate with a working knowledge of technical tools

  • Possess a track record of high performance in previous roles, projects, or internships

  • Actively participating in support functions, particularly in planning and operations
  • Working on business improvement projects and delivering measurable impact
  • Engaging in structured job rotations and stand-in roles to gain practical workplace experience
  • Understanding the full business value chain and aligning engineering practices with operational goals
  • Collaborating on a capstone Action Learning Project to solve real business challenges
  • Working closely with experienced engineers and technical mentors throughout the programme
  • Building core leadership capabilities that prepare you for mid-to-senior roles post-programme
