Job Description
The Service Center Administrator will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling transactions, stock management, and administrative duties efficiently. This position requires high levels of accuracy, customer engagement, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process transactions, perform cash-ups, and handle financial administration
- Maintain security and safety protocols within the service center
- Handle reception and switchboard duties professionally
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Receive, dispatch, and manage stock efficiently
- Ensure merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation meet company standards
- Work towards achieving set sales and service targets
- Collaborate effectively within a team and practice self-management
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities in compliance with company policies
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive. Candidates with prior experience in financial administration or retail will have an added advantage.
Role Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Financial Transactions: Accurately process sales, refunds, and cash-ups while adhering to financial protocols
- Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping with precision
- Stock Management: Oversee stock receiving, dispatching, and reconciliation
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment
- Security Compliance: Follow safety and fraud detection policies diligently
- Reception & Switchboard: Manage customer inquiries, calls, and direct communication efficiently

Technical Competencies:
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP (advantageous)
