Job Description
As an AML Administrator, you will play a crucial role within the FICA Compliance department, working alongside the Group AML Partner and Advisor. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing administrative support for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance across all operational units within the Group. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, values precision, and is eager to grow in a high-paced, regulated environment.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the implementation and maintenance of statutory and internal compliance policies, as well as assisting in operational alignment with AML legislation. This role directly impacts the integrity of the business and is essential to maintaining Hollywoodbets’ status as a responsible and compliant gaming company.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate with English and Mathematics
- Completed or currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Law, Auditing, or Accounting
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Familiarity with compliance standards, including FICA
- A valid driver’s license would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Offering comprehensive administrative support to the AML department
- Assisting with compliance measures as required by the FICA Act and associated legislation
- Supporting operational departments to align with regulatory frameworks
- Requesting and compiling FICA–related reports and records across the organisation
- Managing the loading and maintenance of internal policies, legislation, and SOPs
- Engaging with stakeholders and responding to AML-related inquiries
- Preparing and maintaining documentation related to customer due diligence
- Contributing to the reporting process on GoAML
- Handling FICA-related queries with diligence and efficiency
- Ensuring all records related to compliance activities, incidents, and reports are accurate and up to date
