Available Positions at Ingwe TVET College

1. External Invigilators – 15 Posts

• Remuneration: R270.90 per session
• Responsibilities include:
  • Collecting scripts from the Chief Invigilator
  • Invigilating and monitoring students during examinations
  • Preventing and reporting exam irregularities
  • Packing and organizing scripts after each session
  • Submitting completed scripts to the Chief Invigilator
  • Signing mark sheets for accountability

2. Examination Assistants – 4 Posts

• Remuneration: R180.60 per day
• Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with exam logistics such as packing, script collection, and submissions
  • Supporting invigilators and exam officials
  • Handling exam materials securely and confidentially

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Matric / NQF Level 4 (compulsory). A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

  • Certified copy of Identity Document (ID)
  • Certified copies of qualifications
