iStore Learnership 2024: Step into a Bright Career in Technology As a Technical Intern / Learner, you will play a crucial role in our store’s technical team. You will work closely with experienced technicians to identify and solve customer problems, as well as install and troubleshoot software. Additionally, you will provide support to our customers. This position will give you the opportunity to gain practical experience with the latest Apple products and technologies, such as Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, pays attention to detail, and has a strong desire to learn. It is important that you have a genuine passion for technology and a willingness to assist customers in maximizing their use of Apple products.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers in-store and over the phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software
- Install and configure new hardware and software for customers
- Provide support to customers on how to use their Apple products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repairs
- Work closely with other members of the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of the store
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems
