Job Description:
As a Part Time Sales Consultant at iStore, your primary responsibility is to maximize sales opportunities by delivering an engaging, informative, and immersive experience for every customer who walks through the doors. Whether you’re dealing with a tech novice or a die-hard Apple fan, you will be the face of the brand, offering tailored solutions and support.

You will be expected to:

  • Engage customers by identifying their needs and recommending the right Apple products and services
  • Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training
  • Assist customers in navigating various iStore offerings, including education, technical support, and business solutions
  • Deliver personalized customer experiences that foster long-term relationships
  • Stay up to date with Apple’s evolving product range and services
  • Work flexibly for a total of 138 hours per month, which makes this role ideal for students, freelancers, or individuals balancing other commitments

Ideal Candidate:
This role is best suited for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and tech-oriented with a passion for Apple products. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.

To qualify for this role, you should:

  • Have a minimum of a Matric certificate
  • Possess some sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology, especially Apple products
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Be able to adapt to changing schedules and retail demands
  • Be self-motivated with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Role Responsibility:
Your responsibilities as a Part Time Sales Consultant include:

  • Maximizing sales in the iStore through proactive customer engagement
  • Ensuring each customer interaction is meaningful and focused on complete solutions
  • Assisting customers with product selection, purchases, returns, and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base on all Apple devices and accessories
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellence
  • Contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
