Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 30 years
- Hold a completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Have no more than 2 years of work experience
- Not be currently employed full-time
- Have not previously participated in a YES Learnership
- Additional tertiary qualifications will be advantageous
- Possess strong computer literacy
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
- Be eager to learn and adaptable to a professional environment
- Commit to completing the full 12-month programme
- Display a positive, team-oriented attitude
