Job Description
As a Cashier at Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of financial transactions and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Invoices and Receipts: Accurately process all invoices and receipts, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Customer Invoicing: Manage the customer invoicing process, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Daily Bank Statement Processing: Update and reconcile daily bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Preparation of Sundry Reports: Prepare various reports for the Service Manager, assisting in the overall management of the service department.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
- Ad Hoc Administrative Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Receipt Management: Accurately write up receipts and ensure they tally correctly for banking purposes.
- Banking Responsibilities: Handle the banking of previous days’ takings, including cash, credit cards, and internet receipts.
- Action of Relevant Documentation: Process all relevant file documentation efficiently.
