The Metropolitan Life Wealth Management Learnership 2025-2026 is an exciting opportunity for unemployed young South Africans eager to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in wealth management. Participants will earn an NQF Level 4 Wealth Management qualification while gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of industry professionals.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Metropolitan Life Wealth Management Learnership, applicants must:

• Have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
• Be aged between 18 and 35 years
• Be a South African citizen by birth
• Currently be unemployed
• Identify as belonging to a previously disadvantaged group

Role Responsibility
As a Metropolitan Life Wealth Management Learnership participant, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing all theoretical training and assessments required by the program
