Job Description

As a SETA-accredited programme, it delivers both theoretical and practical training in accordance with national qualification standards.

Selected learners will participate in full-time learning activities comprising both classroom-based sessions and on-the-job training under the guidance of qualified instructors. The goal is to produce well-rounded candidates who are competent in using computers to support business functions—an essential skillset across all industries, especially those like Eskom that depend on digitally skilled talent.

This learnership can also serve as a springboard for applying to future Eskom vacancies, especially administrative, call centre, or technical support roles.

Ideal Candidate

To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Must be an unemployed South African citizen residing in Kempton Park or Tembisa
• Must have Grade 12 (Matric)
• Must be below the age of 35
• Not currently enrolled in any other learnership, internship, or educational programme
• Strong interest in computer skills and technology
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month programme

• Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
• Certified copies of academic qualifications (not older than 3 months)

Role Responsibility

Successful candidates will be enrolled in a full-time training programme that covers:
