Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analytics
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
- Assist in generating insights from data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Proactively seek feedback from users to identify pain points and areas for improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
Service desk
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Provide technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues
- Conduct research on new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the IT infrastructure
- Provide timely and effective technical support to users
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications
