Internship Requirements
To qualify for the MiWay Finance Internship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A Finance Qualification (BCom Degree or equivalent)
- Knowledge of IFRS and Tax Acts (particularly VAT)
- Familiarity with JD Edwards General Ledger (JDE system) is advantageous
- Basic Excel skills

- Reconciling Visa Spend System with the General Ledger.
- Managing fleet card administration (including new applications, cancellations, and amendments).
- Preparing monthly accrual schedules.
- Participating in quarterly submissions to the Reserve Bank and SASRIA.
- Assisting with ad hoc finance-related projects.
