THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent.
  • Must be unemployed between 18 – 35 years.
  • No Criminal record.
  • Must not have participated & benefited in the programme.
  • Must be South African.
  • Must reside in the wards where the duty stations are.

  • An original stamped letter from the Ward Councillor confirming that the applicant is a resident of the local area and all the relevant qualification certificates should be submitted.
