What is Momentum Investments YES Learnerships?
The Youth Employment Services (YES) Learnership is part of Momentum’s broader Youth Development Strategy. It aims to provide young South Africans with both practical work experience and professional development. Participants will be placed in key departments across the business, ensuring exposure to real-world tasks and responsibilities.

Areas of placement include:

• Human Resources
• Finance
• Marketing
• Operations
• Client Services
• Information Technology

This structured programme not only enhances employability but also builds confidence and prepares learners to thrive in future careers.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a South African citizen aged 18–25
• Currently unemployed
• Not have participated in the YES Programme before
• Hold a qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate) in one of the following fields:
  • Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit
  • IT, Information Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence
  • Artificial Intelligence, Python, SQL, Project Management
  • Investment Management
  • LLB (Law)
  • Learning & Development, Skills Development, HR, Industrial Psychology
• Possess basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Role Responsibility:
Learners accepted into the Momentum Investments YES Programme will be expected to:

• Gain practical workplace exposure across different departments
• Apply feedback from mentors and continuously improve performance
• Maintain Momentum Investments’ values and professionalism
• Contribute to teamwork and business success
• Develop communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
