Momentum Health Solutions, a division of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings, is seeking to appoint 20 Customer Services Agents to join their Client Services team based in Centurion, Gauteng. As a specialist provider of integrated healthcare solutions, Momentum Health Solutions focuses on delivering sustainable services that cater to the diverse needs of clients across different market segments.
The role of the Customer Services Agent involves managing client communication across inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. This is a critical position for anyone passionate about customer satisfaction and ready to provide consistent, professional, and compliant service that upholds the company’s high standards.
Tasks
Client Engagement and Query Management
- Respond professionally to client interactions via call, email, and walk-in.
- Resolve all queries within SLA timeframes and maintain service quality.
- Take ownership of complaints ensuring swift resolution and follow-up.
- Supply clients with necessary documentation aligned with policy guidelines.
- Accurately update client data on internal systems.
Service Delivery and Administration
- Complete all administrative tasks within set deadlines.
- Identify and report process and system inefficiencies.
- Ensure all service delivery complies with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication
- Escalate complex client queries to the appropriate department.
- Provide after-sales service by offering advice and accurate information.
- Submit regular performance and SLA compliance reports.
Relationship Building
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advocate for client satisfaction and fairness in all engagements.
Team and Personal Development
- Engage in continuous professional development activities.
- Actively participate in company change initiatives and innovation sharing.
Operational and Financial Contributions
- Provide input during planning processes to improve cost efficiency.
- Practice responsible resource management and risk identification.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Compulsory)
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre or client service environment (advantageous).
- Prior exposure to the medical aid and healthcare industry preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages including English, Afrikaans, and Nguni.
- Strong MS Office skills essential.
