- Location: Kuils River, Western Cape
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for monthly payroll
- Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Department Head timeously
- Processing of monthly input accurately and on time
- Capturing of training and Disciplinaries on the HR System
- Generate various reports as required e.g. overtime, annual leave, sick leave training
- Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
- Assist with medical queries, loan applications etc.
- Ensure that all HR administration for Retirement Fund home loans / Beneficiary forms/ Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with Ad hoc HR duties as required
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook) Knowledge of Labour Law Legislations
- Ability to work under pressure
- People Management skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
