- Educational Requirement: Grade 10 minimum
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Griller:
- Prepare and grill Nando’s signature peri-peri chicken to perfection.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all grill orders are served in a timely manner.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Dishwasher:
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes and kitchen tools.
- Ensure dishes are cleaned promptly for use.
- Assist in keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized.
Waiter/Waitress:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating customers.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages to tables.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
