- Statutory Report Notices: Distributing notices for statutory report submissions to registrants.
- Reminders and Instructional Letters: Sending reminders and instructional letters to ensure compliance with submission deadlines.
2. Administering Returns and Submissions
- Inbox Management: Managing the Returns and Submissions inbox and maintaining accurate records of all forms and reports received.
- Record Keeping: Ensuring all submissions are properly logged and stored for future reference.
3. Capturing Statutory Forms
- Accuracy: Capturing 100% of received CAT 1-9 statutory forms accurately.
- Review and Scanning: Reviewing forms for correctness before capturing and scanning them into the system.
4. Communication
- Follow-ups: Consistently following up with credit providers on outstanding statutory submissions.
- Updating Contact Details: Keeping registrants’ contact information up-to-date.
5. General Office Administration
- Administrative Tasks: Performing general office duties such as answering calls, filing documents, and participating in ad hoc tasks as requested by senior personnel.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A one-year post-matric qualification in Office Administration or end-user computing.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
