About the Graduate Development Programme
Our Graduate Development Programme offers a well-structured and comprehensive platform designed to help recent graduates launch their careers in professional services. This 12-month programme, commencing on 1st April 2024, provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills, work on diverse projects, and receive mentorship from industry experts. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Age: Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Education: Recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Journalism, Engineering, Media Studies, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in any of these streams will be an added advantage.
- Academic Performance: Must have an academic performance record with an average of at least 65% or higher.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Employment Status: Must not be in permanent employment and not registered or participating in another graduate programme.
- Criminal Record: Applicants must have a clear criminal record.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours or shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
