Qualifications
Internship Programme
Applicants must hold a relevant Degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- IT (Information Technology)
- Tax
- Data Science
- Legal Studies / Law
- Accounting
- Financial Management

- Industrial Psychology
- Insurance
Graduate Accelerated Programme: Trainee Internal Auditor – Credit
- A Tertiary qualification in Finance (B.Com or B.BusSci)
- A postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Financial Quantitative Studies, or Quantitative Risk Management
Graduate Accelerated Programme: Trainee Internal Auditor – Finance
- A Tertiary qualification in Finance (B.Com or B.BusSci)
- A postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar disciplines
Old Mutual Insure Learnership
- Must possess a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must have passed Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
- Be a South African citizen
- Age range: 18 – 35 years old
- Not currently employed
Experience
No prior work experience is required for most of these programmes, making them ideal for recent graduates or first-time job seekers. However, candidates with a strong academic record and proven passion for the financial sector will have a competitive edge.
For the Graduate Accelerated Programmes, preference may be given to candidates with relevant postgraduate studies or internship experience in finance, audit, or risk environments.
