Program Overview
Who We Are Looking For:
We seek individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Grade 12 Matric certificate is essential.
- Typing Skills: A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with exceptional accuracy.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with reliable transport.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain concentration and accuracy under pressure.
- Work Ethic: A well-developed work ethic is crucial.
Selection Process:
Our competitive selection process ensures that only the most suitable candidates are chosen:
- Application Screening: Initial review of applications to shortlist candidates.
- Proficiency Testing: Selected candidates will complete an online proficiency test.
- Typing Skills Assessment: Candidates who pass the proficiency test will undergo a typing skills assessment.
- Panel Interview: The highest scoring candidates will be placed on a database and invited to attend a panel interview when trainee Data Capture positions become available.
A Comprehensive Training Program
This entry-level program is specifically designed for unemployed school leavers with excellent typing skills who are interested in data capture training. Theoretical training will be conducted at PathCare Academy, with practical training at PathCare, N1 City Goodwood. Residency Requirement
Given the location of our practical training facility, applicants should reside in Cape Town. This residency requirement ensures that trainees can easily commute and fully participate in the training program.
