Key Responsibilities
- Mixing Precision: Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients according to specifications.
- Material Flow: Facilitate the seamless transfer of mixed ingredients to the processing area.
- Ingredient Control: Verify the use of correct ingredients for each product batch.
- Damage Prevention: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize product damage.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding any production issues.
- Food Safety: Comply with food safety regulations to ensure product integrity.
- Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Production Support: Provide assistance in the production department as needed.
- Breakdown Management: Assist in minimizing the impact of equipment breakdowns on production output.
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12/NQF 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
