Your Role as a Field Sales Agent
As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll play a critical role in achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You’ll be a brand ambassador, professionally and positively representing Hollywoodbets while driving the expansion of the mobile customer base. Your role requires understanding diverse customer needs, handling various personality types, and influencing new users to engage with our cutting-edge products.

- Previous experience as a promoter or similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist customers with account registration, resolve betting queries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Sales and Activations: Demonstrate and explain mobile products to potential customers, driving daily activations and increasing mobile sales.
- Mobile Marketing Campaigns: Execute strategies to onboard new customers and promote mobile brand visibility.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
- Event and Display Management: Organize and arrange promotional displays to attract new and existing customers.
- FICA Compliance: Ensure customers submit accurate FICA documentation when opening accounts and educate them on mobile betting procedures.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in workspaces to promote a positive customer experience.
- Equipment Management: Ensure all mobile equipment is safeguarded and properly maintained.
- Training Completion: Participate in weekly Moodle training, voice note sessions, and other instructional programs to enhance knowledge.
- Branch Roaming: Be available to operate across various branches and stores, based on operational requirements.
