PG Bison is seeking motivated individuals to join their Apprenticeship Programme 2025, offering X20 positions for aspiring professionals looking to build careers in technical and engineering trades. Selected apprentices will gain hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, and installations, alongside theoretical modules through FP&M SETA. This program combines practical exposure with classroom learning, laying a strong foundation for long-term success in engineering trades.

What is PG Bison Apprenticeship?
The PG Bison Apprenticeship 2025 is a structured programme that provides practical training and theoretical learning to individuals aiming to pursue careers in technical and engineering fields. Apprentices gain exposure to real-world industrial environments, enhancing problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills while participating in on-the-job training and theoretical modules provided by FP&M SETA.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science, or N3 qualification in Mathematics and Science (N4 is advantageous)
• No prior work experience required
• Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow in technical trades

Role Responsibility:

• Complete all FP&M SETA theoretical modules relevant to the trade
• Maintain logbooks or other assessment tools documenting workplace experiences
• Attend scheduled study periods and theoretical classes
• Participate in on-the-job training and exposure to plant processes
• Develop problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Support production processes ensuring availability and reliability
• Execute practical maintenance and installations
• Sign an 18-month apprenticeship contract with PG Bison and FP&M SETA
