What You’ll Be Doing
During the 12-month PnP Clothing Learnership, you will:

Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18–35
- Minimum of Grade 12 (with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2)
- Currently unemployed and not registered for any other studies
- Committed to completing the full 12-month learnership programme
- Available to attend classroom training and practical on-site sessions
- Must have successfully completed a pre-assessment process (where applicable)
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take accountability
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- A clear passion for retail and fashion
