Job Description
The Trainee YDP offers a dynamic 12-month work-based experience programme in various divisions of PPC’s operations. Participants will be assigned to one of several business units, including PPC Aggregates, ReadyMix, Ulula Ash, and the PPC Rosebank office.

The aim is to equip youth with the skills, confidence, and experience necessary to thrive in the working world. Participants will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real workplace environments.

Deployment Areas and Placement Opportunities:

  • PPC Aggregates – Mooiplaas (3 Positions)
  • PPC Aggregates – Laezonia (1 Position)
  • PPC Rosebank – Head Office (1 Position)
  • ReadyMix Division – (3 Positions)
  • Ulula Ash – Kriel (1 Position)

Requirements
To be considered for the programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be currently unemployed
  • Possess a certified copy of their South African Identity Document (ID)
  • Hold a certified copy of their Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Submit an up-to-date and detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Provide proof of residence
