Job Description:
- Equipment Maintenance & Verification.
- Testing of raw material, in-process, and final products prior to approval as LMS.
- Receiving of Raw Material
- Active participation in INVOCOMS.
- Support of the food safety culture plan on site
- LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs.
- Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations

- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards

Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology or Food Tech or Analytical chemistry (final year)
- Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)
Programme information:
- One year workplace exposure and learning experience
- Working in a pressurised factory environment
- Working in the quality team on site across all manufacturing teams
