Your Role: Empowering Executive Excellence

As the Admin and Secretariat Support Officer, you’ll provide a full spectrum of high-level secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the Senior Manager’s office. From organizing complex schedules to managing key documents, your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of operations.


Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) in one of the following:
    • Business Management
    • Business Administration
    • Office Administration
    • Office Management and Technology
    • Management Assistance
    • Management
    • Public Management
    • Public Administration
    • Or an equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and electronic document management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative or executive support experience is advantageous

What You’ll Do

Location: Centurion

  • Provide professional and proactive administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Manager
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, functions, and engagements
  • Screen and manage calls and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and accurately
  • Deliver high-quality typing and document preparation services
  • Maintain office systems, policies, and procedures for efficient workflow
  • Establish and maintain a reliable filing and information retrieval system
  • Support general office administration and shared tasks as needed
