Psira Registry Clerk Vacancies The Psira Registry Clerk vacancies offer an exciting opportunity for meticulous and organized individuals to join the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA). As a Registry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the registry database, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records. Your duties will include filing, data entry, and handling correspondence related to the registry.
- Duration: 6 Months Contract
- Salary: R 9781, 99 per month
- Location: Centurion

Requirements:
- Grade 12 and a recognized National Diploma/Degree in Archives and Records Management, Information Science, Office Administration or equivalent coupled with 6 months work experience in records and document management
- Previous work in a records digitalisation environment will be an added advantage
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process. Essential criteria: Ideal candidate should have customer relation skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Communication skills, both verbal and in writing are essential
- Office administration skills
- willing to work overtime
- Computer Literacy.
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be expected to carry the following responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Scanning of Documents into the Share drive
- Upload all documentation into the electronic document system
- Index the uploaded documents
- Process documents for archiving, Quality Assurance
- Compile list of documents to be archived and submit to the supervisor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Perform extra duties as and when required by the line Manager/ Team Leader
