Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently studying towards a National Diploma in Biotechnology or Microbiology (3rd Year student)
- Strong ability to use computer programmes extensively
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- High levels of mental alertness and sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Precision, accuracy, and keen attention to detail
- Solid numeracy and mathematical ability
Role Responsibility
The Quality In Service Trainee will play a vital role in supporting the core laboratory and ensuring the brewery maintains its high-quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean, safe workplace
- Analyzing product samples and interpreting results
- Supporting the value chain by assisting in quality-related processes
- Reporting non-conformances and escalating issues appropriately
- Working collaboratively within teams to ensure objectives are met
