Job Description
The 12-month contract involves working within the cleaning and hygiene sector, ensuring that various workspaces, public areas, and facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Waste collection and disposal according to hygiene standards
- Floor care, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming
- Use of industrial cleaning products and equipment
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Adhering to company policies and client-specific hygiene requirements

Ideal Candidate
Employment Solution Management seeks candidates who:
- Are South African citizens
- Are currently unemployed
- Are between the ages of 18 and 28
- Possess a qualification no higher than NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
- Attended a Quintile 1, 2, or 3 school or were recipients of a Child Support Grant
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Are physically fit and capable of handling cleaning tasks
