What is Senral?

Minimum Requirements:

Role Responsibility:

The Administrative Assistant: Determination is responsible for supporting the daily administrative functions within the branch, ensuring that claim-related activities and communications flow efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling stakeholder communication
    • Answering and making telephone calls to follow up on queries
    • Sending and checking correspondence
    • Drafting undertaking letters where required
  • Processing payment requisitions
    • Completing expenditure authorization forms
    • Managing checklists and signature workflows as per Delegation of Authority (DOA)
  • Document management
    • Drawing and filing incoming correspondence
    • Requesting files from CAFS (Claims Administration Filing System)
    • Printing and placing documents into files daily
  • Claims system updates
    • Updating claim viewing platforms with the most current and relevant data
    • Ensuring information is accurately captured in the system
  • File coordination
    • Requesting and delivering files to relevant departments such as Assessors and Legal
    • Ensuring timeous movement of documents across departments
  • Stakeholder file distribution
    • Sending copies of claim files to internal and external stakeholders as required
