Purpose of the Role:
Rainbow Chickens: X3 Artisan Mechanical Assistants The Chicken Business is currently recruiting for 3 x Artisan Assistants in the Engineering Mechanical team to be based at the Chicken Processing Plant in Worcester (Western Cape).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Good working knowledge of machinery.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts/overtime/standby as per operational requirements.
- Punctuality and Attendance reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance in the mechanical workshop.
- Diagnose and repair faults.
- Repair, adjust and replace failed or faulty components.
- Ensure work environment is always in a clean and neat condition.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
