Russells Sales Persons 2025 Pepkor Lifestyle, under the Russells brand, is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Salesperson to join our vibrant retail team in Hluhluwe. If you have a passion for customer service and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets, this opportunity is for you.
About the Role
As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your mission is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products while achieving sales goals and supporting the store’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and actively promote products to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and budgets
- Deliver outstanding customer service that builds loyalty and trust
- Merchandising to attract and retain customers
- Process cash and credit transactions according to company policies
- Foster a customer-centric environment at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 7 to 12 months of sales experience (preferably in a retail setting)
